4.1 jlgm is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
4.2 To complete KYC verification, you must submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlgm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to accounts held with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Philippine debit cards linked to supported banks are also accepted for deposits.
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, jlgm does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your jlgm account.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes during standard banking hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours on Philippine business days.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on jlgm are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
